I am a dedicated family man with a passion for helping others achieve their goals of home ownership.  Treating customers like family is my guiding principle and I vow to give you the excellence and commitment you deserve to guide you through your next transition!  In searching the Gulf Coast for that “perfect place”, my wife and I found a hidden gem and decided to make Punta Gorda our forever home to raise our 4 beautiful children.   Nestled on the shores of Charlotte Harbor, Punta Gorda offers big city events, endless boating, world class fishing, and unparalleled beauty all in a small town feel!

I am also a 20 year veteran of the United States Coast Guard. As an independent medic, service members entrusted me with their health and wellbeing. At times, I treated medical emergencies and stabilized patients while awaiting transport to a shore side facility days away.  I guided service members through unforeseen challenges with medical conditions and mental health, always focusing on a full return to quality of life!  I was honored to work alongside the amazing men and women who continually self-sacrifice to safeguard our country!

Through the course of continual relocation with the military, I learned in depth about the process of buying and selling property.

The two best lessons were;

1) Don’t leave money at the closing table!  “Every Dollar Saved is a Dollar Earned!”

2)  Work with a GOOD agent!
